When will I receive my vouchers?

• All orders are processed within 24 hours and we will send you an order acknowledgment email confirming that we have received your order. Vouchers will be sent by post and delivered to you within 5 working days.

Terms of use

• Vouchers are valid for 12 months from date of purchase
• If the full value of the voucher is not used no change will be given.
• Vouchers are not transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
• Vouchers must not be resold or transferred for profit or commercial gain.
• Vouchers are redeemable at Crocodiles of the World’s Croc Shop only.
